I have stayed at the Athens Hilton, and I have never ever seen a band or a concert in their night club.

Specifically in the Pop/Rock, Indie Rock, or Alternative Genres.

For example, the band U2 sounds great in (some of) their albums, but on stage they sound like (censored explicative)!

The Ramones were super-hardcore live, but their studio stuff sounded like some weak 50’s band…

I know everyone does it but is it legal? I was watching a Tool bootleg on youtube from the All Points West Festival that a fan recorded. Is that against the law since it is bootleg?

No, it’s not illegal to watch bootlegs on youtube. It’s illegal to upload them though.

They characterize their music as rock with a hard edge. Melodic, some good breakdowns and instrumental sections. They play loud but will respect any club owners wishes to turn down within reason “We’re not gunna turn down to level 1 if that’s what you want… this is a rock n roll band… and rock is suppose 2b loud!”

For those that are interested, we usually record most songs in baritone setting of “C” or “B”. We use schecter baritone guitar a john bonham drumset from ludwig and an ibanez sr500 bass tunned to low “C”.

We were Influenced by metallica, nirvana, alice in chains beetles and all 70’s bands that jammed hard.
