Photographing Live Bands? How To Get Started?
I want to photograph live bands at some local venues. I’m only 14. How do I get started with photographing them?
Contact bands and offer to give them the images in return for letting you try. Don’t try and charge for this right away, not until your skills are worth it.
You will need a decent camera, a little P&S camera will not be up to such a job.
YOU will need to learn about photography first. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to turn up looking totally clueless, right? If you expect them to take you seriously, you need to know what you’re doing.
